1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns requested beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • Your contact information

Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping

  • In cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Byte Genius Store will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The item is returned and approved after inspection.

  • The item was never delivered or was canceled before shipping.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
